The XeroMem IRC Network has been working hard to achieve a huge goal. Today we’ve launched our updated Website, with real-time statistics, as well as upgraded our IRC Network Software. More details are outlined below on both aspects of the changes.
Website Updates
We’ve been working in the background to improve the flow and responsiveness of our website. We’ve added more features, including real-time statistics (see the bottom of the page, note the current Staff, Users, and Servers connected to the network), channel statistics that are directly accessible via the site, and much more! Take a look around, let us know if we’ve missed anything!
Software Updates
The massive changes between UnrealIRCd 3.x and UnrealIRCd 4.x cannot be explained. To say that it took time is an understatement. The UnrealIRCd Team has accomplished a great task. The new version of UnrealIRCd brings increased stability, a fully modular design, and a completely revamped configuration format. For these reasons, it has taken a while for us to achieve the changes we’ve made today. However, we believe these changes will benefit you, our visitors, and make things much faster moving forward.
