The XeroMem IRC Network Routing Team is pleased to announce updates to the Network Routing pools.  We’ve been working behind the scenes to make sure each of our servers connects to the most logical hub as its primary connection.  This change improves the network latency by routing primary traffic from each server to the hub with the lowest latency, then the hub-to-hub communication from the East Coast to the Southwest.  With that in mind, we kept the backup/secondary hub configuration in place, so if we have an issue with the East Coast or Southwest hub, servers will retain connectivity.
